Exline Design - Portfolio - Entertainment Concept Design

Exline Design is frequently asked to generate creative concept work in an effort to get a potential project idea off the ground. A client will approach the firm with a broad developmental notion that they would like to have researched, developed, documented, and presented in a professional and pleasing manner. Exline Design is asked to generate a comprehensive package which might include project plans, elevations & sections, colorful concept renderings, vignette sketches, study models, and a descriptive written text of a guest–experience. These documents are often times prepared and formatted in concert with a Feasibility Study for presentation to the financial community in hopes of generating necessary capital to take such a project to the next level of development.

NASCAR HALL OF FAME – NASCAR Hall of Fame DAYTONA Concept - A creative bid for a high-profile design competition.

SAFETY EXPERIENCE – A creative entertainment concept exploring safety in a world of natural and man-made disasters.

SHANGRI-LA CASINO – A creative competition on the Las Vegas Strip for a prominent Atlantic City based Gaming Organization.

OTARU BY THE SEA – Maintaining an intimate village character while greatly expanding an existing town as a destination resort for Taisei Corporation.

LÈ VILLAGE FRANÇAIS – A themed mixed–use development bringing a touch of European culture to the Japanese countryside for Mitsubishi Corporation.

ADVENTURE ISLAND – A conceptual roll-out of family entertainment projects that promoted interactive discovery, outdoor adventure, and pretend- play.

FUNTASTIC ISLAND – A beach-themed family entertainment mix and birthday party pavilion for South Orange County, California.
